We study silently,
In rooms, we also pray effortlessly.
Bewildered of what future there is.
Such high to no hopes for a tomorrow.
The worry has its attached agony.
We have bestowed such chambers.
Chained in twines,
In search of energy to break away from the shrines.
What is life without companionship?
Loneliness.
By your side yet so far away.
Memories of their past haunt you astray.
Will I survive?
The night is cold.
I am indicative of such a lie.
Will we ever forget?
Or will we live in fright and regret?
So, teach me to trust you again.
For this again came with much heartache and strain.
