Very thought provoking poem, we kill them because they harm us more.

The mosquito is dangerous for all humankind, but we barely move a limb against it until it attacks one of those we love, or ourselves.. Such is the state of things.. 'Chalta Hai', 'Mujhe to kuch nahi hua na' - this attitude is wrong in the society. We will not act until it affects us directly. I see your poem as a critique to this very attitude Asim. A fine, delicate, and well penned satire. Thank you for sharing.

Very interesting poem. Very gud description. The reader feels the rise n fall of the poet's emotions. The touch of humor makes it a great read.10

Nice work with the muse of a mosquito; at the place where your doll was asleep. Thanks for sharing.

I am loath to indiscriminately kill, but I draw the line where you did

My imaginations were following with the flow of your pen... Abrupt and apt writing filling every nook and corner of our senses trying to grasp the hidden message your poem holds... Beautiful poem worth reading again and again.
