To use your Sixth Sense and Third Sight.

When you start to work with Spirit,
Use your intuition deep inside,
Stay safe and learn to protect yourself,
With the help of your own guides.

Don't be frightened to be a medium,
Learn to interpret what comes through,
Ask questions to confirm these messages,
It's like picking things out of the blue.

You may feel many tingles in your body,
To confirm these messages are right,
Thank spirit and continue on,
To use your Sixth Sense and Third Sight,

When you've finished giving messages,
From loved ones above, who have gone,
You need to learn to close your mind again,
For your own daily life to carry on.
