My words come back from your door,
Unread and unheard.
I pick them up, can't look at their eyes,

I sincerely hope your poems and messages and feelings do not have to wait in that vast 'ocean of love' for too long a time. This poem touches the heart and soul, beautifully.

Poignantly lovely. It's sad when meaningful words fall on barren land - or a huge ocean, as you see it here. But i like the parallel with the harbour - sign of optimism, too. Excellent poem, worthy of a ten.

@Susy Evelyne, You have appreciated the poem in just two words- 'Poignantly lovely' and I liked your appraisal so much! Thanks for your generous rating of the poem. 'But i like the parallel with the harbour - sign of optimism, too.' Thank you Susy! I've read your excellent haiku on peas.

Passionate. Clear. Perfect! I really liked it. Despite the fact that it's short, the message is clear. A ten from me!

At times our words come back to us unread or unheard! That's painful! But still let them loose...! Don't chain them! You may see them safely anchored in some harbour in the ocean of love! Sharp and poignant write! !
