Tell him to stop those blushing stories and concentrate
No matter what, someone knows somebody
You can't, huh? Never mind; let me meet him myself
Sir, your ‘I know this, I know that' is becoming too irking
This your ‘he is my mate, I taught her' is repugnant
A learned man behaving preposterous and acting naïve
A grown man looking immature and talking non-sense
We are sick and tired of your daily nuisance
You are giving us cause to doubt your certificates
How can an academic guru lack common sense!
Stop behaving like a dogmatic illiterate political dog
Who knows nothing and hears nothing than command
‘Walk the talk' I recommend for you
And always see the reality before you comment
Your affiliations can one day fail you
The big man is your friend, we know
But, he is somebody's father, you should also know
The big man might not even know you, personally
Your closeness to higher corridors is not that closer!
You concentrate and do your work
After all, you came to get your share
