thy daily death is no mishap but Nature's game of hide and seek of sinking day and rising night. Beautiful lines! ! In our life also, there is fate's hide and seek! From clouds of misfortune, we emerge into brighter light! Nothing is stable....neither gloom nor light! A great poem on the Sun!

A lovely reminder that the sun is source of all life on this planet. Our local star's rising and setting also provide a most appropriate metaphor for death- which you, Shahzia, so beautifully implement.,

The Descending Sun casting its influence on inhabitants of the world has been depicted, it is a common but worth-noting phenomenon of nature but it often remains unheeded. The poetess notices it and depicts in a beautiful diction. When the sun descends, its plight is no more than the plight of a patient: pale.. sad and sick...lost vigor, zeal and zest...casting shadows, dark and deep..... Everything that pertains to the descending sun is gloomy, though it dies daily yet the poetess does not feel any mishap, she thinks it a t Nature's game of hide and seek, of sinking day and rising night.
