To The Atheist Poem by james watkin

To The Atheist

I concede, but refrain
From envying you.
Whom in living for today, blocks out
Tomorrow's fear-dark.
- But also Hope; its light!
In which knowingness
Transcended each thought, even joy-winged
Death's. Twilight years' cark.
