It is so sad that some people do not want the assimilation for peace and progress. Narrowness cannot liberate people. As saying goes, united we stand and divided we fall. Odd cultures and some religious practices are bars for peace. Creating hatred is the meanest way to hurt the humanity. If United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates can do better, so can the United INDIA or MOHA BHARAT!

Thank you so much for a very fine review of the poem and also for sharing your sublime thoughts in this matter. No progress is complete if its fruits do not reach one and all without any discrimination.

Violence is not at all good but some men follow it due to lack of knowledge on humanity, love and fraternity. Your question..." Are we legitimizing violence to settle a score? " is an outstanding concept. Beautiful poem.

It becomes outrageous when those sitting in high offices or entrusted to uphold the spirit of constitution and work for a just society spew venom against their adversaries. Thanks for sharing your views in this regard.

Yes, violence does not lead to a solution but it further compounds the problem.

Are we legitimizing violence to settle a score? A question most appropriate and relevant. How can you eliminate violence with fresh violence? 10.......

I can't understand what kind of atmosphere we are trying to create in our society. Is it the land of Mahatma Gandhi? Is it in line with the spirit of our constitution? No... No... No. Absolutely No. Thanks for your thoughtful comments, Geeta ji.

Yes, I think they are legitimizing violence in these extraordinary statements. A poem with shock value.

Decency of expression is the first casualty in politics these days with obvious reasons. When scoundrels enter into it, the results cannot be different. Thanks for the comments.

So sad, but in India often, rather more often, they get away with a virtual murder. And justice grinds slowly. And not one single party can be blamed for it. The poem very well highlights this spontaneously.

Very analytical feedback indeed. Yes, this is not confined to one or two parties but has permeated in our political discourse and action in general. Thanks, Sir.

From the opinion of the leaders it seems so. Violence during election is not new in India and politicians are actively involved in it. Nice poem.

Those who are not actively involved in such activities feel the heat. Violence as well as the gutter-language being used in politics these days leaves much to be done. Thanks, Anil ji, for the feedback.
