Part - 2 You are endowed with a loving heart / When we are glum, you are by our side / Your compassion, care and abiding love / Are truly gifts, God has blessed you with. A mother always feels her son as a child. Even after the son becomes man and dad yet he remains ‘Vava’ dear' to parents. A marvelous poem is amazingly shared. Thank you a lot.

Part - 1 An insightful inscription of a son from birth to death has been so incisively delineated by you dear madam. Mother's endearment towards her son is invaluable and immeasurable. Son is ever dearest and affectionate to parents. When parents become glum, son takes care of them with compassion and love. Here it may be cited...

Valsa, after reviewing dozens of titles (by you) in MyPoemList, looking for a poem with a topic of love, my eyes rested on this title. i'm very glad they did (my hawk eyes, hee-hee) . i shall put this poem, read AND enjoyed again by me, into July 2018's showcase along with several other poems, most with a topic of love OR hate. Thanks. i THOUGHT i'd find one from you. bri :)

A genuinely honest write without contrivance or undue sentimentality. A homage, open conversation of love and endearing and unfailing admiration deflecting on all eventual empty nests and new generations.

This very fine tribute to your younger son is well put together. When your youngest son made his entrance into the world at an unexpected age and time I am sure it was also a trying event for you. But you dear Valsa just like the wonderful Poet that you are rose to the occasion. Your son would be most pleased to have such noble words addressed to him in the form of a poem. This one made my heart skip a beat. Enjoyed.

Sure, when you barged in more like a late night guest You gifted us with a mixed pack.............this made me laugh out loud! gee, i missed the poet's note and had to look up the word. thanks anyway! You were ever gentle and ready to mingle With eyes lit up with a delectable twinkle........these are sweet lines. you gifted me with bib/crib, but i didn't really miss having rhymes in this poem. it was great without them. sorry, valsa, i couldn't find much wrong with this poem. darn! in fact i enjoyed it very much. i sent it to MyPoemList. thanks for sharing. i suppose i'll have to read the one about the elder son now. bri :)

Wow.. A beautiful poem filled my heart. Yes, Vava remains always a Vava for us, even he has his vava in his hands. Its true for a mom the child never grows, but the child realizes only when he gets married and become a father.Loved the way you have presented.. Loved it very well.
