Very sad but heartfelt. As a retired therapist, I have heard this same story many times. You are not alone. Find people who understand.

Physical and emotional abuse, that's what it's called, what you did. And it scarred my little heart until this very day. Didn't you see that my little heart broke Problems of childhood that remains throughout the life......... is very well portrayed although sad at the end. Very nice poem... it is a psychological poem........ childhood when not treated well leads into such pain and suffering... thank you very much for all the insights that you are presenting here. tony
