You have managed, within a single poem, to pinpoint what so many people suppress. There is beauty, in your honesty. Thank you for sharing. Xx

This - I do believe - is exactly what we humans spend our lives seeking, whether realized or not; beautiful poetry!

Though it's the time of Free-for-All poetry, but still the traditional things are regarded right and best, just like the alternate rhyme scheme...you carried the statement by Balzac till the very end! ! !

I think all people secretly want to express their inner selves and confide in someone, to let all the masks, all the fairytale looks, all the harsh and stern faces and just be themselves and for someone to believe in them and love them for who they are. Very nicely express poem with good rhythm, flow and verse and you know the greatest feeling you can have is to love and be loved in equal measure. Let the blood of your heart be the ink of your pen :)

Lovely Adeline - I guess we all have secret dreams and wishes which we would prefer to keep to ourselves. Great poem, so well written of course.
