To Be An Exchange Student Comments

Oh dear. I like how you touch people with the warmth of the friendships, then startle them with the cold, hard reality… An exchange student is only an exchange student because they leave. That just shatters your heart.

Awww this made me wanna cry. I guess that is what happens but you can always stay in touch with those new friends, so there is an upside to being an exchange student. Plus you can say you've met interesting people and learned about a different culture.
