Time With The Sun Poem by Gio Masserati

Time With The Sun

I'd spend time with you...

If I was time
And you my setting sun
I'd climb into your knapsack
...take a cozy nap
Then we'd go on the run
Me n my sun
Dance across the sky
Just you and I
Catch a falling star
Ride to dreams afar
If you were my set sun
And I was your time
Only yours
I'd bask in your warmth
Hun
I'd lay by your side
We'd spoon
Our love would be a crime
As your axis came unearthed
Understanding reaching prime
Skyrocketing to the moon
Then back through time

My lovely sunshine
Will come in morning
Bringing your warm sunlight
But for this night
Lay with me
Rest your weary bright
Rejuvenating
Your love, good will and spirit
Out of sight to everyone
But time

After the darkest hours
In daybreak
You will give again freely
Shining brightly
For all to see
As you always do
As I will go on
Endlessly

I will be with you
In spirit
All daylong
Until we can play again
Looking forward to you
My sunrise

I will see you again
Tender kisses
Until then
Mmmpwt!
See you at the sunset hour
Which is ours...
Sunset

With love,
Time
