Time To Look
Time to look
I took your words as granted
Changes took place as I wanted
You agreed to our friendship
We were now common passengers on ship
For long I had waited
But failed each time
As I lacked courage
And failed to manage
Life was not that easy
And kept me busy
For adjusting in future
I was still not sure
Somehow I had one hope
That you shall never say"nope"
Agreed to what I had to say
And finally pave the way
"I agree" I heard her saying
It was really dismaying
I refused to believe the words
But yes it was time to look forward
