Time Out
I need to take some time
Just to breathe slowly
Feel every breath in and out
Relax and lay in peace
Only the sounds of the birds
No other distraction needed
Let my mind play catch up
Allow my thoughts to roam freely
I'm going to slow down
My body is telling me to rest
It's ok to take some time
