Time Machine Poem by King Crow

Time Machine

I found my shirt you always wore
In back of the closet balled up on the floor
Held it to my nose and breathed deep in
Closed my eyes and saw you again
A slide show, of happy memories
When I loved you and you loved me
Laughing and talking and playing all night
Slow and easy, the way you like
Loving till the sun, who needs sleep
Telling me your dreams and secrets you keep
I put it under my pillow, vowing to never clean
It's not just a shirt, It's a time machine
