Belle, both your poem and your notes express so very well the beliefs of a devout Christian. I am not a bible thumping Christian, but I made a promise to God in 1978 to spread His Word. Nothing has stopped me from doing this. And nothing, nor no one, will ever do so! illistian

Hi Linda, this is the first poem of yours that I have read. It exudes a wonderful feeling of lone and kindness. The qualities Christianity stands for. Although I am not a Christian, I often read The Holy Bible as I do Gita. So I could easily relate to your poem. Perhaps.
