You were the one that always made me smile,
And as I sit and think awhile,
Recollections of days gone by,
Come back to me in a moment,
As I wipe away the tears for you,
That flow so often now,
I always feel, my heart will heal,
Again, one day somehow,
For time does heal a broken heart,
Fond memories with me now,
One day will turn to smiles again,
For I will surely try
To live my life without you,
As each day passes by.
