Time Distress Poem by Kingsley Egbukole

Time Distress

My first blink
It is morning
My second blink
It is night
Again
And again
And again.

Activities on my lap lie
Waiting unattended
And scheduled without breath
In distress of time.

Oh Procrastination!
Procrastination the bane
Steal time to waste and neglect
Starve priority its due
Accumulates more in excess
To choke the breath of time.

Procrastinate, And ruminate At leisure its fruits of fate.... And stealing time to waste, as you say, and well say.
