Thunderstruck Poem by Daniel Miltz

Thunderstruck

Rating: 5.0

A sneering summer day wry
Rasps harmlessly
As a slam-bang sky
Moans charmingly
Sparkling with frightened aspiration
Not only tugging, quietly in festivity
Shaking darkly in desperation
Booming skies rupture
In a lightening cluster
While each rain drop
Glints in red crystals
Jabbing softly in glee
Clouds billow and blow
Across a thundering sky show
