The heart of a true poet is the wind mind clouds. His soul lives in the fantasy of flowing water, high wind and drifting clouds. His thoughts are expressed in a freely flowing style of writing.I adore the poet like that.A good poem for the topics of mind, poet and thoughts...

There's a profound ethereal quality to this piece. There's something here that brings to mind a dream catcher. You've given me the inspiration for a work. Amazing piece, Terry.

The second line would sound better written as: the poet writes river of words upon patiently waiting empty pages

The problem is the poet is writing river words not rivers of words, the difference is huge, 'the poet writes river words upon patient waiting empty pages'; if it was rivers of words it would need books to contain all the ideas, and 'the poet writes river of words upon patiently waiting empty pages' is singular so in this form it would have to read 'the poet writes a river of words upon patiently waiting empty pages' which is beautiful but not what was meant. The concept 'the poet writes river words' is a small portion of the words in the river being written, which tires in with the poet wanders through ripe words'; the poet is writing only a small portion of the flowing river of ideas. But the comment is appreciated George Krokos :)
