Talk a while with yourself
Walk a mile with yourself
Work a day with yourself
Taking yourself as a partner
With yourself not in a crime
Keeping fitness level of mind
And the goals of life on track.

Leading the way together with yourself
So as to sing, sing a song of joy for all-
Sending out a message so strong-
Just, keeping women and kids safe.

Too much of anything is good for nothing
For life and glory on earth everything
Everything comes with an expiry date
Sometimes bad is good, at times good is bad.

What a beautiful day is the joke of the day
Making a way for the new, further on to
All that's passing away is past, taking lightly
But, child abuse is the greatest crime on earth.

Out of pain and chaos, getting powerful
Enough is enough a moment born out
Simple, straight-forward and strong-
Above all, undeniable thought of the day.
