can flow as swift rivers
or pool into wilderness timeless
still silent surface lakes

waters of thought
can be movement
or stillness serenity

when we stop
to admire water
framed in light

sounds of contemplation

Inspired by a comment on my Facebook page by Maryanne Dunne, on the poem 'Windswept Rainshowers Symmetry Symphonies', by the port Terence George Craddock. Dedicated to Maryanne Dunne. Original version of the split image 'When Thought Flows Like Water', 'Waters Of Thought: Can Be Movement Or Stillness', 'Water Erupts In Moments: Time Sequenced Flowing Imagery' and 'Water Confines Moments: Sequence Imagery Streams', by the poet Terence George Craddock. Written in November 2024 on the 7.11.2024.
