Those Eyelids Of Thine Poem by Reynaldo Casison

Those Eyelids Of Thine

Rating: 5.0

Those eyelids of thine
Those eyelids of thine
Those sweet eyelids of thine

Those eyelids
Those eyelids of thine
Seem as though they were weaved
By the undulant music of a violin

The waves of its magic
Pure and splendid
The way they pour out love
And butterflies

Those eyelids
Those eyelids of thine
Tropical islands
The moon dreams upon
With it's tender graces
Sweet with It's pearls

Those eyelids flutter
It's warm magic
Naturally as the summer
Butterflies
Wistfully as the honey
of its breezes

Those eyelids of thine
Are mine to sigh
This melody
It's translucent kisses

Those wistful eyelids of thine
Kindred moonscapes
Cool in their love
Warm in their caress
They embrace your irises
Velvet

Those wistful eyelids of thine
Are the most musical
My moonlight has ever kissed

Those wistful eyelids of thine
Are alabaster fields
Of heaven

Those wistful eyelids of thine
Are the most lovely
The moonlight has ever gleamed
And kissed, they are unique, it kisses them
As much as it's melody
It kisses each of them
With it's love
