It is raining, raining and raining
Since the morning
This rainy day
It rained yesterday
And the day before
Confined all indoors
To peep worriedly at the sky
Pray meditatively
As the farm lie desolate
The market scanty
The store exhaustive
Raises anxiety
As the rain continued
Raining and raining
This rainy day
