so much depends upon a black acer laptop
an old black acer laptop on the blinking blink
about to soon slow down blink out of existence
write faster now make an effort to save poems
stored poems scattered stored in acer memories
an effort to save hundreds hundreds of poems
not safe guaranteed to have future survival
existence facing now threat extinction event

save we could if we can sleuth find poems
save we could if we can sleuth make effort
so much depends upon a black acer laptop
that has been part of us shared creative effort
this journey decade made in day night effort
this journey together we wrote into existence
