Well said. I've had people tell me that they are tired of reading sad poems or tragic poems. My feeling is that poetry is as big as life and able to cover all human emotions. Poetry only written about happiness would be incomplete. We need all types of poems that express every kind of human feeling. If some people don't wish to read sad poems, they can always find the kind they like.
