I am so glad you love your mother so dearly. I loved mine and still do though I can no longer hold her hands in mine. Your words brought back so many memories.

Very solemn expressions, Lodigiana, of your untainted love for your mother. Recounting the ocean of selfless love of your mother for you. And how we need to care for the elderly. Very poignant writing. Class poetry.5stars

Timeless poems need to be reread from time to time. What else is there to say, except thank you Lodigiana.

Just read your message Lodgiana and thank you. Loved that term of phrase you wrote ' the balm of poetry.' Thank you so much and while I'm in your neighbourhood and keeping to social distancing etiquette I'll bestow another 10 on your superbly crafted poem and a former and deserved POD. Thanks again Lodigiana and stay blessed.
