This Bus Full Of Strangers Poem by Richard Wlodarski

This Bus Full Of Strangers

Rating: 4.8

This bus full
Of strangers
Limousine
New-found friends

Stockbroker
Tipping me
To such wealth
Now leads me
Poverty

Grade school teacher
Now informs me
Students dying
Of poverty
Such misery

Wealthy fool
Teaching me
Poverty
Damn smile
Such false pride

Homeless friend
Such stranger
Speaks damn truth
Poverty
Turns to wealth

Yes, that's true. We don't know. We meet so many strangers who apparently become friendly with us. But can we take them for granted. No. They have their own independent views about social status and life. Thanks.

We should never take a human being for granted. We are all God's children. And all deserve respect! Thank you, Rajnish for your positive response.
