Thia Too Shall Pass Poem by CONSTANTINE DERINYANG

Thia Too Shall Pass

Sorrow's waves crash on life's shore
‎Aching my faint heart, forever more
‎Tears fall like the evening dew
‎Memories of joy, now lost anew
‎Fading light, on a darkest score

‎Time, a thief, steals happy days
‎Sad memories that never fade away
‎Longing heart, with emptiness cold
‎Yearning for love, that's grown old
‎Whispers truth, in a gentle way

‎This too shall pass, the seasons spin
‎Bringing change, to the heart within
‎Pain will heal, and scars be mend
‎New beginnings, shall soon ascend
‎Hope revives, with a brighter transcend

‎This too shall pass, the milky rivers flow
‎Settling resting it's dirts and mud below
‎May seem still and silent but flows deep
‎Through the soil, sand and rocks, it seep
‎Leaving them revived and cleaned anew

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The agony of life and the joy of living have their time of fading. Nothing on earth is permanent for anyone so long as we can change our mindset
