They Talk Poem by Princess YaaIsraelah

They Talk

They talk about this
The talk about that
But they never want to face the fact
People dying day and night
The world is crying out
For a savior to appear
Amidst this crazy atmosphere

Though we can try somehow
The burden's too great
Maybe it is too late
To save the planet now

Only God knows the time to come
But who else cares or fears
That the ‘J-Day' is near?

As many refuse to read the signs
Sure enough, they become
Mistaken of the times
But now I
Oh no, not I
I'm gonna tell you why
It's written in the sky for I

I see it every day
I see it every night
Telling myself it's alright
Doesn't ease the pain on ‘WE'
And It's tiring telling others
To stand and fight beside me

Not with weapons
Not with might
But with our hearts
And with our minds

Pull out your earplugs
And listen intently
Once you hear everything
TOGETHER we'll sing

They talk about this
The talk about that
But they never want to face the facts
People dying day and night
The world continues crying out
For a savior to appear
Amidst this crazy atmosphere
