They Call It A Crossroads Poem by Mikey Estrada

They Call It A Crossroads

Somewhere out in this world are people who were meant for you, but you just gotta keep searching till you finally see things through.
So there might those days where you're all alone in the pouring rain, your holding in all those emotions that are causing you pain, and no ones there to keep you from going insane. You have nothing more to lose but all the more to gain.
People may take you for granted, especially those whom you really care for. Those are ones you have to learn to look past and ignore. That person who sees you the way you seem is the one who had an open door.
Treat people as you are treated and no longer will you go defeated.
It's not about finding people who you can love, but rather the people who can see you for all the above.
It may be tough, but there comes a time when enough is enough.
Over time people will learn what you really meant. How valuable you were, cent for cent.
