If there are the qualities that you have described in a person, and his acts verify it, he is not a hypocrite. But if his acts are different than what he says to others, definitely he is a hypocrite. It's difficult to decide who is a hypocrite and who is not. Anyway, the poem is nice, you appeared as an angry young man in this poem.
