These Wordless Admirations Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

These Wordless Admirations

These Wordless Admirations

Some day soon, the lids that's falling in love with you will have to close,
To the silent terrors of losing you,
To stolen glimpse'd of wordless admirations,
Speechless tongue without its fluencies,
Wondrous speech's thanksgivings,

Heaven's virtues of the heart's alliances,
Between a man and his wife,

Wives without their crowns on their heads,
Laurelsfor their female safekeepings,

The wives attends families, while time contends,
Every modes of disabilities,
To keep life apart from its beauty and faith,

Husbands plods the lonely territories,
Between beauty and terrors of losing his worthy companion.

And my eyesight one day closes to these wordless
admirations,
