There Is A Presence There. Poem by DM W

There Is A Presence There.

Rating: 5.0

I've interminable doubts about God.
Yet when I focus my gaze, intently
On the brown veins, of brittle autumn leaves,
I experience a sense of wonder;
At Creation's incomparable design.
And when I feel the pulse of clusters of stars,
In my night time dreaming, I sense that something
Is moving through myself and the universe.
