Therapy Poem by Lisa AT

Therapy

You will never understand the hell I feel inside my head.
You will never understand, not truly see,
the chaos inside that imprisons me.
A storm of thoughts, a ceaseless tide,
a raging hell I cannot hide.
Silent screams no ears can hear,
battles fought in a world unclear.
A smile may mask, a laugh may defend,
but inside, the torment has no end.
It's a place no map can show,
a depth of pain you'll never know.
Yet here I stand, though torn apart,
Carrying the weight of my fragile mind and heart.
