A bit chauvinistic. A girl's body belongs to her, to her alone. So, no need to talk about her dress. Let her decide. Modesty, dignity, values, morals all are creation of the patriarchal system. Forget it. And beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder
Underaged girls/ young minor girls,10,12, and
An underaged girl/ minor someone 10,12,15 or under the age of 18 should not be dressing provocatively with their belly and out. She is a girl, a child, so yes, in my opinion her clothing can be inappropriate for her age
