The World Without Light Poem by Nanashino Ryu

The World Without Light

Rating: 5.0

There is a school which graduates don't get out.
Only new students join all the time,
so the number of students is increasing.
They are proud of the large student population.
'Students gather here because the truth is here.'
The school officials say so that.
'Wrong doctrine gathers no student.'
This is how their faith was born.

This is a textbook.
Two men were excited to argue about a large glass board
which they have broken while they carried it in a dark room.
The one said, 'This is blue.'
'No, this is red.' the other objected.
Different another one came in and turned on the room light.
A student read it aloud,
a teacher and other students nodded satisfactorily together.

There is no light in this world.
People bump heads each other in the dark.
And they fight to say 'It's your fault.'
Then, people are always busy
to make new rules for judging which man is wrong,
instead of turning on a light.
