What a pair to cross paths with: PARACELSUS, Renaissance magus and healer, and NERUDA, the moral conscience of 20th poetry. Surely their presence must be listed as two of the night's wonders. Paracelsus seems to be focused on the wonder of the physical universe and is rapt, where as Neruda is wrestling with interior issues. As in his mortal life, his personal energy and his awareness of injustice make him restless Just a personal note: I have been reading Neruda for over forty years. What variety, what depth, what moral purpose! Kudos to you for paying homage to him..
