The Wham Poem by Paul Warren

The Wham

I look in the mirror each day
And I wonder what to say
I am not the perfect one
As there are things I shouldn't have done

But that was yesterday
When I was young and did not say
Or do the exact right thing
And there now is regret that it brings

So you see I am who I am
A person who has suffered the wham
And people who want to bring up the past
Will for me not last.
