The Weary Road Poem by Keith R. Mansfield

The Weary Road

When a
futures hopes
no longer flower,

And the
once sunny days
bring only showers.

When the
path ahead
winds too long.

With the
fading notes
of life's last song.

Will I
then
choose to rest.

Knowing
that I've
failed life's test?
