Samanyan, your thoughts are my thoughts. AHIMSA IS THE ONLY WAY! ! ! No war is justified. The world's greatest weakness is its inability to stop going to war. I thank you for this poem. Wram regards Bob
India won the freedom without bloodshed thro' the weapon Ahimsa as you say in this nice poem.
Even the Indians haven't learnt this properly. Thanks for propagating the message through your poem.
Ahimsa -non violence- has relevance only where Himsa- violence- has its presense...and hence in today's world, has prime importance...well, would the war weapon merchants allow peace thrive? good theme you take up there...

Ahimsa is refraining from causing pain to any living creature. ok, hope these words of mine will fit the topic..'a war in which both could be a winner '...well, this piece is spreading information..thanks sam, ..naizz
Thiru Lakshminaryanan, 'A war in which both the winner and loser would win'.., a wonderful composition. But unfortunately, our people, our leaders and our society have failed to honour Ahimsa, the great weapon!
This is a fine poem, samanyan, for the great Mahatma Ghandi remains widely respected by people around the world today. Sadly, nations still engage in foolish and wasteful wars, blind to the teachings of Ghandi. Your poem expresses the wish of all civilized people, that all nations live in peace with each other. Were wise men such as Ghandi and several others in charge of theses nations, there would be no war. Sadly, there are not many wise men like Ghandi around anymore. Thank you for this outstanding poem.
then we should all put it to use.
