Each star is assigned a specific task... well said. A wonderful poem.
Laura has a GREAT collection of poems IF readers will agree with my opinion. : )
I vote 5 stars for your stars. I'm missing you, Lora, and hoping you are well, ....OR have died peacefully and gone 'ad astra' aka 'to the stars', where all great poets and lovers can gaze down. bri ;)
But how lucky is the star that hovers And twinkles in the bright eyes of lovers! Their satisfying task never grows old. (With stars in our eyes, love never grows cold) ' Wonderful lines. This poem deserves more than 5 stars
p.s. wow! This time you've gotten comments galore; the others, plus mine, add up to four. :) good show!

And the couplets make me fall in love with poems. I am seeing stars
Beautiful poem. This one can be used even in school. Its got colours of racism, regionalism, religion or explicity. Its just a star poem worth 5 stars or more. You are a star. Well done.
Lora, Beautiful. I still miss you on PH, but your poems survive and if I'm truly 'down' your poems could change [ to contentment ] my fitful gloom. Luckily gloom evades me (usually) . bri : )
