well, well, well. well done! you managed an amusing and surprise ending. i think i even chuckled a bit! and i was beginning to think YOURS is the home i want to visit. ok, i still want to visit. what's the address? ? i have sent this to MyPoemList though i'm not sure it is the one poem you reminded me to read.....the visitor vegan? ? ? ok, i give an 80-90% grade on the rhyming this time, and i did NOT mind the long lines. honestly. : o bri

aawwww..this is beautifully wriiten.loved its rhyme and flow.keep inking.
ok, now i've read it again, enjoyed it again, and read my comment from almost four years ago; i'd forgotten the poem. some added comment (to previous one) : you rhymed leave with leave and it bothered me until i realized it may well have been on purpose to EMPHASIZE your desire to have the person LEAVE! ! ! ! are you SURE you didn't make the guest TOO COMFORTABLE? ! bri :)
