i read and enjoyed your PH 'bio'. and i enjoyed this poem. to MyPoemList. BUT, did you ever meet my Great-Uncle Samuel Coleson? ? ? he was a pathologist and his freezer was always full of fresh (well, sort of fresh) meat! ! i USED to wonder, as a kid, why my grandfather never went to his home for a meal. then i grew up. bri :)

This was funny in a way it probably shouldn't have been, I couldn't help but crack a chuckle with the foot and mouth bit, awesome word play. You have amazing foresight and it does make you ponder the significance of this occupation, however there is also a small possibility. The Veterinarian could be a vegetarian. Awesome stuff, great idea and fantastic execution.
