The Veil Of Europe Poem by Mario, Lucien, Rene Odekerken

The Veil Of Europe

Residing in numerous countries
and islands
together as one
and yet, each with a different policymaking

an impassive paradise
where unity seems an odd word
lying like a corpse
divided into thousands of fragments

patchwork
emerged from the ruins of the past
almost a perfect Lady
loved by uncountable civilizations
