@Dinesh Nair & Valsa George: respecting you, and touching my ears for the words which have more of your kindness and less of my contribution...i am here to learn poetry from all of you...thanks with regards! This poem is contextualized as the poet mourns for the people who died in war and the futility and destruction in war!

Steely images Aswath! Great! But I am a poor interpreter of dreams unlike Shahzia who seems to supercede even Freud and Carl Yung! Dreams can never have much coherence! Initially the flight was heavenly, but unfortunately you fell down. Once fallen down, there will be attacks from all sides. There can be showers of pellets of steel and attacks by vultures and finally succumbing to the hostile world!

Excellent interpretations by Shahzia Batoolji.... Most of the interpretations have psychological importance and this review is quite superb. Everybody cannot do it. Aswath`s future dreams with or without futuristic connotations can also be explained by you madam. Dear Aswath, please dream on.... Shahziaji be tracing his dreams till the best of his optimistic perceptions are explained sooner or later. Thank you Aswath and Shahzia.

The role of Dreams in literature is usually symbolic, these are not always associated with the night sleep, but these are most often the poet's mystic or visionary conceptions composed in the mind...i would like to thank you aswath for improving upon my review of this poem: 1: this is a phantasmagoria, with rapidly changing scenes; This is no nightmare. This is a dream which is a reality. The broad and unwanted reality is reflecting through one's subconscious. 2: images are furious and alien; Yes, since reality too. 3: the 1st stanza is calm but carrying a tone of ominous foreboding: First stanza is about everyones desire to be peaceful in the world. Dove represents peace and cloud represents countries. 4: the sudden vanishing of the dove is a sudden shock to make him realize the inability to be skilled in flying: Vanishing dove is equal to vanishing peace... 5: the iron bees, and man with a gun look like the symbols of weapons or war or some disturbance like this... Reference to Iron bees means fighter planes. Iron birds mean bombers, Man with a gun is the foolish man who even fought when he knew he could not move... 6: ref.to sweet home is an unconscious nostalgia: More than a nostalgia. Sweet home is the home that we belong. Earth... 7: the unwelcomed iron bird dropping the metal eggs is a threat to security and peace. 8: dead child is not a good sign of future. generation: The dead child refers to war crimes...

I appreciate your memory power that made you pen down your nightmare. I am happy with the new and apt words used to write this poem. There is a book ' 400 Dreams Interpreted ' in which a similar dream gets analysed and if my memory is correct, it is like this ' Aswath is going to live upt hundred years with similar longevity for all your kins'. KEEP DREAMING..

Aswat, It was a fantastic write..Its an unwanted dreams. But each stanza was very interesting to read..I laughed a lot...Concluding one was very interesting, directly landed in heaven.. It was a fantastic dream for me as my all thoughts goes in this way only...No pleasant thoughts on way... I loved the way you have expressed so beautifully. Heartfelt....++++10
