Your fear is not irrational! I too feel the same fear and wonder how they manage to get adhered to any flat surface without any physical substance like glue or gum! Indeed these creatures are so repulsive and I hate to see them flourishing in every nook and corner of the house. You keenly watch these tiny creatures and come up with interesting observations.

Many people are afraid of lizards but hardly falls and makes no harms to humans.

I feel terrible at the sight of lizards....! Unfortunately they are plenty in our house. creating deep aversion in the mind! How they manage to stick to the surface as they move is intriguing! I too have the same fear as you have if they would fall on me.......!
