It is a bit difficult though a rewarding journey, From shifting blames to accepting your fault, A defense mechanism to confidence vaults. Dear Sir, When you spoke about your first two tools I was a bit confused that how do you make sure that they are not over used and used at the right time But Bang then you come with these magical lines and the last and the most important tool Lines I loved 'But.
