The Tool Called Divorce



Is it the 21st century oxygen
or too much education
marriage weds divorce
celebration celebrates lawyers,
courts, the famous document and
pen to sign
with that signature everlasting departs
divorce is a fancy excuse
and a popular tool the devourer use
why does the priest still say
'till death do us part'
he should say 'till divorce do us part'.
